The Director of Sales for Central & Southern Europe will reputed company a team of Account Executives in expanding reputed company's market reputed company across key European reputed company, focusing on building a high-performing sales culture and driving reputed company growth.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of reputed company and the value we deliver to our customers
- Drive team expansion by actively identifying, reputed company, hiring, and training top-tier, high-performing sales talent
- Foster and maintain a resilient, positive team culture focused on high performance and reputed company improvement
- Establish and maintain a strong operational reputed company, taking control of territory performance, metrics, and pipeline velocity
