[Remote] reputed company R2R Senior Business Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is America’s largest supplier of building materials, and they are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for reputed company Financials to reputed company their business transformation initiatives. The role focuses on Record to Report processes, particularly Accounts Payable and Vendor Invoice Management, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of reputed company Financial processes, including configuration, integration, customization, master data, and reporting with an emphasis on reputed company S/4HANA Accounts Payable, reputed company Text (Vendor Invoice Management), and Tax (reputed company)
• Design, reputed company, and reputed company custom solutions reputed company reputed company VIM to support document management, content management, and business process automation
• Modify and reputed company existing VIM functionality to integrate with other reputed company products, external systems, and reputed company-party applications
• reputed company business process analysis and translate business requirements into workable reputed company solutions and/or functional designs for specific projects and changes, including development
• Write functional analyses for reputed company financial programs. reputed company and execute functional (integration) test scripts
• Work closely with process teams to facilitate project reputed company and ensure integrated system solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of reputed company FI-AP with other reputed company systems
• Collaborate with other cross functional leaders on business-driven IT initiatives, including enhancements and technical upgrades
• reputed company implementation support, preparing the business for system solutions
• Demonstrate the ability to solve problems that allow for effective and timely resolution of system issues including but not limited to production outages
• Apply design thinking and/or process redesign principles to reputed company innovative solutions that enhance the end-user experience across financial solutions, incorporating user feedback and insights to ensure a user-centered approach

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance or reputed company reputed company field
• 7-9 years of experience of overseeing configuration of reputed company Financials
• Multiple full-life cycle reputed company implementations (ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA)
• Strong experience with designing, configuring and supporting the following RTR areas reputed company reputed company is a must
• In-depth knowledge of the reputed company S/4HANA Accounts Payable module, including invoice processing, payment runs, vendor management, taxation and integration with other financial modules
• reputed company VIM (configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the system including invoice capture, OCR integration & indexing, ensuring smooth document management workflows, and delivering best practices for reputed company VIM implementations.)
• Configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the reputed company system
• Experience with 3rd Party Tax solutions (reputed company or similar application) is a must
• Proficiency in creating queries or reports for AP reputed company reporting
• Knowledge of integration with other reputed company modules (MM, SD….) is a must
• Strong experience with reputed company processing and working knowledge of BAPI's & BADI's
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong self-starter and self-directed worker
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
• Established strategic and critical analysis skills
