Responsibilities

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Information Systems, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience).

• Compliance: Demonstrated experience conducting audits, managing reputed company controls, and maintaining compliance.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR data confidentiality and regulatory requirements (e.g., EEO-1, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Compliance teams.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with identity management systems and SSO integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large, reputed company organizations with multiple legal entities.
• Prior involvement in HR system implementation or upgrades (reputed company, reputed company).

The salary reputed company for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
