About The Role As the Head of Marketing, you will be the strategic architect and operational leader of our regional marketing initiatives, driving business growth through robust partner ecosystems and end-user demand reputed company, and ensuring the recruitment of new Partners. What You Will Bring 8+ years of reputed company marketing experience in B2B Tech, SaaS, or UCaaS, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role managing marketing managers or regional teams. Deep understanding of indirect sales models, partner enablement, and "through-partner" marketing strategies designed to drive MRR. Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing teams in a matrixed organization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data, track ROI, and optimize reputed company reputed company funnels.
