[Remote] Financial Services Marketing and Event Coordinator

They are seeking an organized marketing professional to manage their CRM, enhance brand reputed company, and support firm operations through various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our CRM (MadeMarket): contacts, segmentation, data accuracy
- Create and schedule reputed company content that builds Ravinia’s brand
- Design marketing materials in reputed company: presentations, firm overviews, reputed company templates
- Coordinate email reputed company campaigns and track engagement
- Support event planning and conference logistics
- Conduct competitor research and market benchmarking
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Help build scalable marketing processes for a growing firm
Skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable: you reputed company things running
- Strong reputed company with a feel for professional tone and brand voice
- Experience with CRM systems, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Office
- Comfortable with AI tools (Claude experience? Big plus)
- Interest in financial services marketing and event coordination
