HR Generalist

The reputed company Generalist supports the daily functions of the reputed company department and performs HR reputed company duties including but not limited to responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations; policy interpretation and application, performance management and talent management consultation. May carry out additional responsibilities to include employee development initiatives and training.

Essential Functions

• Interprets and provides guidance on HR policies and procedures for employees and management.
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to reputed company solutions, programs and policies.

Required Credentials

Compensation
