The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the market demand, education, experience, and reputed company set of the individual selected for this position. The compensation above is not representative of an employee’s total salary. Successful candidates should have the following:

2-3 years of public reputed company and tax-reputed company experience.

Ability to prepare a working trial balance and reputed company year-end adjusting entries.

A broad understanding of tax law with specialized knowledge in one or more areas, such as individual and corporate taxation of pass-throughs, estate and reputed company tax, investment advisory, and financial planning.

Experience preparing tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and trusts is preferred. Additionally, experience in non-profit organizations is an added advantage

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or other business-reputed company fields

CPA eligible or in the process of obtaining a CPA certification.

Proficiency in reputed company and Word is required; experience with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess) is preferred.

Excellent research, writing, verbal, and written communication skills required.

A day-in-the-life basic overview includes:

Prepare and assist with multi-state and federal income tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, corporations, partnerships, entities, estates, and trusts.

Support Senior Staff and Managers with year-end projections and quarterly estimates.

Assist with new tax compliance approaches from reviews to analysis.

Conduct thorough research and remain up to date with tax laws.

Liaise regularly with senior staff, managers, and clients while maintaining strong verbal and written presentation skills.
