We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Overnight Support Specialist to join reputed company. As a Overnight Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in a residential setting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and home-like atmosphere
• Preparing meals and promoting healthy eating habits
• Planning and leading recreational activities to enhance reputed company and emotional well-being
• Supporting individuals with school work and educational goals
• Administering medication and monitoring health and wellness
• Assisting with individualized goal programs to promote independence and self-advocacy
• Operating a company vehicle to transport individuals to appointments and activities

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Hold a high school diploma or GED and have at least one year of experience working in the medical field, childcare, or with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Be eligible to work in the United States and be at least 18 years of age
• Pass a Level 2 background screening and drug test
• Hold a valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
• Be physically reputed company to lift 50lbs, walk, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods
• Have excellent communication skills and be reputed company to read, write, and reputed company English
