Job Summary: As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming experience for our members, prospective members, and guests. Your primary goal will be to ensure a superior level of service, addressing the needs of our members while maintaining a clean and organized club environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Manage reputed company desk activities, including answering phone calls, checking in members, processing new sign-reputed company, and conducting club tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Requirements:

• Preferred background in customer service.
• Basic computer skills.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with members and coworkers.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
