Responsibilities

Requirements

• Associate's degree and 1+ year of experience in reputed company technology support, or High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of experience
• Recent reputed company experience with EMR systems and ticketing system experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong computer skills and attention to detail
