Time & Attendance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Time & Attendance Manager to join reputed company at Walt reputed company World Resorts. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of hourly Time and Attendance Cast Members, ensuring accurate time and attendance tracking for over 65,000 hourly cast members.

This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and mentor a team of hourly Time and Attendance Cast Members to ensure accurate time and attendance tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement new policies and procedures to improve time and attendance processes

• Participate in projects to improve the accuracy and efficiency of time and attendance tracking
• Identify areas for reputed company improvement and implement solutions to reputed company daily objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including payroll, work relations, and employee relations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with time and attendance systems, such as MY TIME (reputed company, Workbrain)
• Knowledge of reputed company bargaining agreements and reputed company's employee policies
• Experience with project management and process improvement
