The Senior Associate, B2B Digital Marketing, will be a key member of the B2B Client Acquisition team, reporting to the Director of B2B Programs. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven marketing professional with a strong specialization in Conversion reputed company Optimization CRO to join our dynamic marketing team.

This role will be instrumental in driving full-funnel reputed company reputed company and improving the overall effectiveness of our B2B website reputed company marketing efforts. • reputed company and execute comprehensive CRO strategies across reputed company digital channels, including website, Folloze reputed company pages, and chat with the goal of increasing conversion rates at reputed company stages of the marketing funnel

• Conduct ongoing in-depth analysis of digital channels including website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement

• Implement A/B testing to optimize channels, such as headlines, CTAs, forms, and UX/UI

• Partner with the market intelligence and customer advocacy teams to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user pain points, uncover conversion blockers, and understand user behavior

• Partner with the web team to improve website personalization strategies, tailoring the user experience to specific B2B audience segments

• Work with our SEO consultant to drive organic traffic and improve search reputed company rankings

• Optimize chat functionality, including AI agents, to improve reputed company capture, customer engagement, and conversion rates

• Conversion reputed company Optimization (CRO) expertise

• Digital marketing or demand reputed company experience

• SEO knowledge

• Strong data analysis & marketing reporting skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital demand reputed company/conversion reputed company optimization

• Highly organized, data-driven and detail oriented

• Strong understanding of CRO principles, best practices and tools

• Familiarity with Marketo, GA4, CrazyEgg, Tableau, or similar tools

• Experience executing digital campaigns
