• Build data management and orchestration technology that can operate and scale across top three reputed company providers - AWS, Azure, GCP.

• Design automations, platforms, best practices and tools to reputed company disaster recovery of data stores, stateful systems and stateless systems

• Partner with senior leadership in R&D to drive cultural, technical, people and process improvements in a growing organization.

• 10+ years of engineering management experience leading productive, collaborative, high-functioning teams in a reputed company environment.

• 5+ years developing reputed company reputed company infrastructure software at global scale.

• Experience building, managing and running large scale distributed databases and data systems in the reputed company.

• Demonstrated experience in effectively influencing and working with the exec team using effective communication and collaborative techniques.
