The People Relations Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining a productive and compliant workplace by supporting managers and employees on HR policies and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The position focuses on supporting early to mid-level managers in performance and exit processes, policies effectively.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties): To be completed by reputed company business teams except reputed company.

• Guide and coach managers/employees through reputed company underperformance management cases, while ensuring we remain compliant with regional laws and regulations
• Ensure managers are following reputed company performance management procedures, including documentation, case management and corrective action plans
• Facilitate employee exits, including performance and reduction in workforce cases
• Work with cross-functional teams, as needed, to resolve cases (ie legal; ER; benefits; HRBPs)
• Maintain People Relations playbooks and processes, working with key stakeholders for input and sign-off
• Analyze HR and process data to identify trends and inform recommendations

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in reputed company
• Intermediate understanding of HR principles, HR-reputed company laws and regulations
• Experience guiding managers through performance management processes
• Excellent problem solver
