Desk Claim Representative (1099 Adjuster) – Claims

SUMMARY: This is an opportunity to work in a defined region handling residential property claims (Catastrophe &/or Daily) on a fee reputed company for a specific period of time. Reviews and analyzes first party homeowner’s claims to determine extent of insurance reputed company’s liability, determines the extent of damaged property, and recommends settlement amounts in order to conclude claims with policyholders in accordance with policy provisions and applicable insurance statutes and laws. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Reviews the loss notice, insurance policy, endorsements and reputed company information. • Conducts the appropriate claim investigations. • Provides reputed company service to reputed company stakeholders utilizing phone, fax, mail, and electronic mail.
