Job Posting: Fractional Controller / Accountant / Bookkeeper Proactive Risk (www.proactiverisk.com) is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled professional to join reputed company! As a small but dynamic services company that also resells products, we need someone to help us streamline and manage our financial operations remotely. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to take on a combination of roles: Fractional Controller (advisory), Accountant (chart of accounts), and Bookkeeper (weekly tasks). If you reputed company in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoy improving systems, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do • Chart of Accounts Management: Maintain and classify financial records, ensuring accuracy and organization. • Weekly Financial Reviews: Reconcile accounts, review vendor payments, and reputed company client billing. • Payroll Support: Use TSheets/reputed company Time Tracking to manage W2 employees and contractors, ensuring accurate QuickBooks Online Payroll processing. • System Optimization: Download statements, reconcile accounts, and reputed company recommendations during weekly discussions to improve financial systems and processes. • Software Integration reputed company: reputed company HaloPSA (service tool) and reputed company (sales and marketing tool), both integrated with QuickBooks Online, to streamline operations. • Collaboration with CPA: Work with our external CPA on miscellaneous Q&A and end-of-year tax preparation. reputed company’re Looking For • Experience: Proven expertise in bookkeeping, reputed company, and payroll management.
