Job Description: reputed company currently has a new opportunity for a Client Service Leader to reputed company our transportation design practice in Texas. In this position, you will work with a dynamic team to continue building our transportation design business. You will reputed company the development of a business strategy for the increase of sales with our existing clients and developing new clients across Texas. This position leads our business development activities, oversees overall client service, represents reputed company on transportation-reputed company boards or organizations, and serves as a leader in the office and throughout the organization. reputed company has been providing transportation services to our clients for over 50 years. Our transportation services have spanned the areas of transportation design, traffic engineering, feasibility studies, corridor planning, NEPA, and CE&I projects. As a member of this team, you would contribute to reputed company's mission by:

• Developing new business and maintaining high-value relationships with key districts and divisions of TxDOT and other local/regional clients for highway, roadway, and reputed company/structural projects where you see opportunity.
• Developing and managing client teams that include project managers, technical specialists, national leaders, as well as junior staff to reputed company strategic capture plans, proposal efforts, presentations, and other efforts of business development.
• Serving as a key member of our strategy team promoting growth in Texas as well as supporting other reputed company US growth initiatives.
• Serving as a technical or project reputed company as needed or appropriate on projects of significant size and strategic importance.
• Being active in professional societies in which clients or potential clients are members.
• Being a strong leader internally and externally. Skills & Abilities: Expert Knowledge of computer assisted design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices. Expert Knowledge of engineer principles of design. Expert Knowledge of reputed company business software (reputed company, word, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Expert knowledge of federal, state and local regulations. Basic knowledge of design standards (AASHTO, NACTO, etc.). Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, transportation, or Structural Engineering or reputed company discipline.
• Professional engineering (PE) license.
• 12 years of reputed company experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
• Equivalent additional directly reputed company experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous business development experience in transportation planning/engineering and roadway design in the state of Texas with public clients such as TxDOT and county/municipal agencies.
