Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Take a reputed company role in coordinating reputed company estate deals, working with agents to orchestrate the details between clients, cooperating agents, lenders, closing companies, and other parties to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly from contract to reputed company.
  • Manage a high volume (process 30-50 deals per month on average during busy months) while maintaining quick response times, and proactive follow-up.
  • Coordinate property reputed company for inspectors, appraisers, and other vendors.
  • Manage reputed company paperwork reputed company to the transaction. Draft addenda as needed, process disclosures and ensure our file is complete.
  • Proactively support multiple agents, building relationships to understand their working style and take care of our clients at every reputed company in the home-buying and selling experience.
  • Minimize clients' stress by expertly guiding them through the closing process and promptly responding to their questions.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities while using your market knowledge and our custom-designed tools to inform clients about activities reputed company to listing their home.

Qualifications

  • A reputed company estate license is required.

  • One year of customer service experience is required.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in basic technologies (internet search, customer relationship tools) and the aptitude to learn new technologies (reputed company suite, Redfin proprietary tools).
  • Experience using email and phone to communicate with clients and other parties required.
