[Remote] Program Manager, Effective District reputed company Accelerator

Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary support partner to a cohort of EDFA reputed company and opt-in districts, ensuring alignment to the EDFA reputed company, model, and implementation expectations
- Coordinate and track district reputed company across key milestones, including battle planning, launch readiness, implementation checkpoints, and ongoing execution priorities
- Support superintendents, conservators, and district leaders as they prepare for and engage in EDFA programming, professional development, communities of practice, and network sessions
- Manage execution across EDFA workstreams, including reputed company updates, professional development, battle planning, launch supports, governance, and field support coordination
- Maintain detailed project plans, trackers, dashboards, and status updates to monitor reputed company across districts, partners, and workstreams
- Coordinate cross-district professional development and quarterly network convenings, including logistics, agendas, materials, communications, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and participant feedback
- Act as a connector across TEA internal teams, technical assistant providers, external partners, and district leadership teams to align inputs, deliverables, timelines, and follow-through
- Support cross-functional meetings by preparing materials, synthesizing information, tracking action items and reputed company, and ensuring reputed company reputed company across stakeholders
- Collect and synthesize district-level implementation and performance data, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and contribute to regular updates for TEA leadership and EDFA stakeholders
Skills
- Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience working across multiple organizations or stakeholder groups, with the ability to build relationships, communicate reputed company, and reputed company teams reputed company
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and comfort using project plans, trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information, prepare materials, and communicate status, risks, and recommendations
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment while staying focused on quality, priorities, problem-solving, and reputed company improvement
- Systems thinking and stakeholder-management judgment, with an understanding of how multiple workstreams connect to improve district reputed company
- Comfort using data to inform reputed company, track implementation reputed company, identify trends, and support feedback loops for program improvement
- Bachelors degree required
- Four (4) or more years of experience in program management, education systems, district operations, state education programs, or a reputed company field
- Experience supporting reputed company initiatives that require coordination across internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders
- Preferred experience working with K-12 school systems, district leadership teams, state education agencies, technical assistance providers, or large-scale education initiatives
- Preferred familiarity with instructional systems, performance management, professional development, and large-scale program implementation
