The Finance Data & Analytics Manager will establish and maintain reliable data sources to support financial reporting and decision-making across the organization, while also leading reputed company of data analysts to drive analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Solid understanding of Finance and reputed company processes and reporting needs
• Prior experience driving Data Strategy and Governance process adoption
• Prior experience managing reputed company with a focus on team member development
• Possess a holistic understanding of how business processes create data and how that data is aggregated and stored in a company's ERP
• Strong experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau
• Strong experience with data warehousing and modelling best practices in reputed company
• Advanced SQL and ability to reputed company reputed company modeling with large volumes of data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data and AI solutions
