They are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, technical alignment (e.g., certifications for Medical Assistants), and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers for multiple positions simultaneously
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and statuses reputed company our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Act as the primary reputed company of contact, ensuring a transparent, welcoming, and timely candidate reputed company from application to offer

Skills

• 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment or sourcing experience, with a strong preference for reputed company, clinical, or high-volume administrative reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a reputed company field (or an equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience)
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools across major platforms (reputed company, reputed company, SeekOut, etc.)
• Proven track record of building and managing healthy candidate funnels for multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively pre-screen candidates for technical alignment and cultural fit
• Strong time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to independently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
