[Remote] Senior Consultant, Gen AI

They are seeking a Senior Consultant in reputed company to design and reputed company advanced solutions, focusing on client engagement and delivering impactful projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact, client-facing engagements independently and/or reputed company specific workstreams under the supervision of an engagement reputed company and reputed company consultants
• Build and optimize LLM applications, including AI Agents, RAG systems, evaluation pipelines, reputed company chaining, and output refinement
• Design, implement, and reputed company GenAI pipelines using tools such as DSPy, MLFlow, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company AI
• Work hands-on with models like reputed company GPT, LLaMA, Claude, and others—fine-tuning or reputed company-tuning as required
• Ingest and process reputed company and structured data for use in GenAI systems, including document parsing, chunking, vectorization, and retrieval
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build custom UI and API integrations and GenAI-powered user experiences
• Implement reputed company-grade best practices for reputed company, compliance, evaluation, and governance in GenAI projects
• reputed company evaluation frameworks using MLFow, reputed company AI Eval tools, and standard and custom metrics
• Support CI/CD and DABs for AI applications and promote code and model artifacts across environments

• Work closely with senior leadership to design architecture and delivery plans tailored to client needs

Skills

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
• 2–3 years of experience in Machine Learning or NLP; at least 1–2 years working with LLMs or reputed company systems, preferably on reputed company
• Proficiency with reputed company-reputed company LLM tooling such as reputed company Transformers, reputed company, or similar orchestration libraries
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company (reputed company Catalog, MLFlow, reputed company Tables, etc.)
• Familiarity with GenAI-specific challenges including hallucination mitigation, grounding techniques, and evaluation frameworks
