Responsibilities

• Ability to organize workflow and communicate effectively to superiors and to motivate subordinate personnel
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field
• Minimum ten (10) years' experience in leading large practice groups
• MGMA certification that demonstrates reputed company six bodies of knowledge recognized by the MGMA, OR Certified Medical Compliance Officer (CMCO), OR comparable certifications
• Master's degree in Business Administration
