Responsibilities

- Principally responsible for the physician/APP relationship. This includes ongoing physician feedback on performance, strategy, contracting, mediating difficult issues and demonstrating reputed company through reputed company follow-up and engagement
- Principally responsible for execution and maintenance of employment agreements in a proactive manner
- Ability to collaborate and engage physicians on a patient centered care model in a deliberate way

- Ability to organize workflow and communicate effectively to superiors and to motivate subordinate personnel
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field
- Minimum ten (10) years' experience in leading large practice groups
- MGMA certification that demonstrates reputed company six bodies of knowledge recognized by the MGMA, OR Certified Medical Compliance Officer (CMCO), OR comparable certifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration
