[Remote] Epic Sr. Analyst - Quality and Population Health
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. The reputed company Health System, 'UHealth', is seeking a Full-Time Epic Sr. Analyst for Quality and Population Health. This role involves initiating the implementation and modification of reputed company applications while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize application functionality and support junior staff in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application’s configuration, function, and reputed company
- Serves as a primary support contact for application end‐users
- Initiates the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application
- Initiates reputed company phases of testing and the documentation of workflow design
- Performs the analysis of information technology in clinical work processes and validates the impacts to the workflow
- Initiates the identification of issues and guides the work to resolve them
- Supports junior staff members in the evaluation and resolution of service tickets, identification and implementation of application changes, retrieval of requested data, and execution of day-to-day operations
- Collaborates with trainers on application changes and new features to reputed company documentation and training strategies
- Works with stakeholders, the business community, and end users to ensure the application meets UHealth's business/clinical needs
- Participate in on-call rotations and support and attend and participate in, applicable committees
- Travel to the job site during go-lives, conferences, rounding, and/or senior leadership meetings
- Maintains regular communication with team members, including participating in weekly project team meetings
- Review the status of projects and issues on an ongoing reputed company with leadership
- Remains knowledgeable about UHealth’s policies, procedures, and business operations
- Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets
- Build and maintain Clinician’s workflow and HEDIS quality measure for Medicare Advantage programs
- Build and maintain CMS Quality Payment Program (MIPS/MVP/MACRA) and other government programs in Epic
- Build and maintain clinician’s workflow for eCQM and Promoting Interoperability
- Working knowledge of clinical standard terminology, clinical workflows, user reputed company optimization, clinical decision support, health maintenance, rules development, data integration and mining, and adoption of technology
- In-depth knowledge of business intelligence functions, advanced analytics, industry standards, and best practices
- Build Epic clinical and administrative workflows implementation
- Serve as a support contact for application end‐users
- Design, reputed company, implement, and maintain the application
- Support reputed company phases of testing and document workflow design
- reputed company analysis of new releases and determine how they will impact workflow
- Identify issues and work to resolve them
- reputed company day-to-day application support, evaluate and resolve service tickets, implement requested application changes, and retrieve requested data in a timely manner

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Epic Healthy reputed company or Ambulatory Certification
- 3 years of experience, preferably in reputed company or reputed company-reputed company organization
- Previous operational, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary
- Proficiency in computer software (i.e. reputed company Office)
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written reputed company
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
- Ability to reputed company, motivate, reputed company and train others

- Familiarity with reputed company claims data ingestion
