[Remote] Project Manager III

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Project Manager III for their premier client. The role involves managing multiple projects using various methodologies and providing PMO support, along with systems analysis and project management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Project duties will include project management/ coordination, direction, guidance and consultation of multiple projects using waterfall, agile and hybrid agile methodologies
• Project duties will also include PMO support tasks such as managing action items and backlog, tracking risks and issues, preparing instructions, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, preparing and managing communication plans, assisting with process improvements, tracking resource allocation, preparing status reports, managing work plans, and serving as a liaison between business and technical partners
• This position also requires knowledge of and experience with systems analysis and design techniques; estimates for analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation tasks; and methods used to reputed company, install, and maintain large reputed company information data systems. This position requires knowledge of and experience with project management techniques and automated project management tools used to create detailed project plans and support Program Management Office functions including reputed company Office Suites
• Requires knowledge and understanding of standard project management industry practices such as the PMI's reputed company
• Understands business and technical objectives of a project and works with project team and sponsor and has experience documenting risks and developing mitigation plans. Identifies, tracks, and ensures resolution of issues and removal of barriers

Skills

• Experience with creation of detailed workplans using automated tools: 10 years
• Experience in Technical Writing and Documentation: 10 years
• MS Product experience (reputed company, Outlook, Project, Word): 10 years
• Experience completing Unit/Development Testing, Systems Testing, and Supporting User Acceptance Testing: 5 years
• Experience with SharePoint including administering reputed company: 2 years
• Experience with project management reputed company to data conversion and data management: 3 years
• Application Development and Support project management– reputed company phases of the systems development life cycle - supporting a large system (Health and reputed company Services, Insurance, Banking, etc.) (8+ years)
• Experience with system modernization projects (3+ years)
• Experience working with a business customer to document requirements, analysis and design deliverables (10+ years)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with child support system certification
• Experience executing and documenting the Test Deck for IV-D system Certification
• Financial and Case Management Child Support Enforcement: Systems development and maintenance experience
• Experience with an ALM tool (Azure DevOps, JIRA)
