[Remote] Strategic Sales Representative

The role involves developing corporate-level relationships, preparing reputed company deals for implementation, and maintaining post-sales client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Leads and accounts for required sales/reputed company targets
- Develops a strategic reputed company plan which results in a pipeline of opportunities
- Leads reputed company level account mapping and relationship building
- Researches and understands the prospective client’s business goals, objectives, and challenges
- Communicates value propositions and recommendations effectively to the leadership reputed company a prospective company
- Keeps up to date with latest industry pain points, competitive landscapes, and possesses full knowledge LERETA’s solutions and advantages
- Participates in the preparation and execution of sales plans, events, and campaigns
- Collaborates with LERETA client reputed company and operational teams during the sales cycle and post deal closing
- Engages actively in the implementation of each new customer, ensuring a quick and complete realization of reputed company
- This position will reputed company other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department
Skills
- High School Diploma required
- Experience selling to the Mortgage Servicing/Mortgage Banking industry sector
- Background or knowledge in mortgage loan servicing and established relationships with Mortgage Servicing Partners
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, reputed company written correspondence, and face to face with reputed company reputed company of management
- Comfortable conducting demonstrations to small and large groups, reputed company and face to face
- Proven history and reputed company in Business to Business Sales, Account Management, contract negotiation, etc
- Willingness to travel 25% - 45%
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Experience selling to Mortgage Loan Servicing and/or Loan Origination Systems
