[Remote] Inside Sales Executive

They are seeking an Account Manager to strengthen member relationships, grow reputed company, and deliver exceptional support across the partner network.
Responsibilities
- Manage PNRs & ticketing including exchanges, refunds, pricing, EMDs, and profile maintenance
- Support member sales through reputed company, prospecting, and cold calling
- Maintain data & reports across databases, spreadsheets, and CRM (SugarCRM)
- Load airline agreements and create ticketing/contract instructions
- Collaborate across teams to reputed company best practices and improve performance
- Conduct online research and manage reputed company lists for reputed company programs
Skills
- Solid Corporate Travel Advisor experience
- Expert GDS skills
- Strong sales & relationship building skills
- Travel agency operations experience
- MS Office proficiency
