This customer-facing role focuses on guiding callers through the sign-up process, answering questions about service options, and ensuring a smooth experience from first contact through account setup.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers interested in new internet service
- Walk customers through plan, pricing, and equipment information
- Accurately collect customer information and set up new accounts
- Address basic questions about internet and Wi-Fi service, equipment, and installation
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and patient demeanor on every call
- Document call details and account information accurately in the CRM system
- Meet basic performance expectations around call quality and customer satisfaction
- Any other duties as assigned
