[Remote] MES Procurement Analyst

They are seeking a MES Procurement Analyst to support reputed company agency clients with procurement strategy, solicitation development, and MES modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of request for proposal solicitation documents, stakeholder reviews, and approvals in coordination with government procurement officers
• reputed company thought leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic procurement planning initiatives for MES modernization efforts
• Engage stakeholders to reputed company and reputed company project objectives, requirements, and sourcing strategy to support client reputed company
• Conduct and present market research and options analyses focused on vendor data, trends, pros, cons, and key insights
• Detect potential procurement policy violations and reputed company recommendations for corrective, preventive, and escalation actions
• Support and facilitate procurement activities, including vendor conferences, evaluation sessions, questions and answers, and post-award contract negotiations
• Advise and collaborate with the client during the vendor selection process to support procurement and modernization reputed company
• reputed company reputed company support during contracting negotiations and assist with contract development
• Build relationships with project team members, including client contacts, stakeholders, and vendor contacts

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, or an additional four (4) years of reputed company experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of recent experience of demonstrated MES Procurement expertise
• 6+ years of experience in SME/BA support for a State reputed company Agency
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret each State's acquisition policy, regulations, and directives and apply those interpretations fully and legally to procurement activities
• Demonstrated ability to confidently facilitate meetings and present reputed company concepts to stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple assignments and reputed company quality results in a timely manner
• Demonstrated ability to create and sustain positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and reputed company in an ambiguous and changing environment
• Ability to travel approximately once per quarter to client sites as anticipated to support projects
