[Remote] Fixed Asset Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Fixed Asset Analyst to support the financial management of capital projects and fixed assets across their organization. The role involves managing fixed asset processes, ensuring compliance with reputed company policies, and collaborating with various teams to improve financial data quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fixed asset and Construction in reputed company (CIP) process from capital project setup through project closure and asset capitalization
• Review construction project activity to ensure proper coding, capitalization treatment, and financial accuracy in accordance with company policy and GAAP
• Partner closely with the Construction and Operations teams to review project details, resolve coding issues, and improve financial data quality
• Prepare month-end journal entries, supporting schedules, and reconciliations reputed company to fixed assets, depreciation, inventory, and capital expenditures
• reputed company detailed account analysis and variance analysis for fixed asset and capital-reputed company accounts and communicate findings to management
• Prepare monthly CAPEX reporting packages to support reputed company reputed company
• Complete Fixed Asset, CIP, and Inventory account reconciliations accurately and timely for high-value fixed asset and project-reputed company accounts
• Research and resolve reputed company discrepancies, system issues, and transactional variances reputed company the general ledger and reputed company systems
• Maintain accurate fixed asset records and ensure compliance with reputed company policies and capitalization guidelines
• Investigate system-reputed company issues impacting fixed asset reporting processes and collaborate with business partners to reputed company
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting accuracy, automation, and operational efficiency across fixed asset reputed company functions
• Support testing, validation, and implementation of system enhancements, process changes, and code updates reputed company reputed company
• Serve as a resource to field and operational teams regarding reputed company processes, capitalization guidance, and project coding questions
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal controls, procedures, and documentation reputed company to fixed assets reputed company
