The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring reputed company Marketing reputed company and reputed company CRM, and ensuring high-quality project delivery while acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
• reputed company user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of reputed company solutions for our clients
• Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client's business requirements and fulfill user stories
• Complete the configuration for user stories reputed company reputed company, AppExchange products, or other reputed company-based technologies
• Consulting on Marketing reputed company requests and configurations using MC
• Configurate reputed company CRM as a part of solution development according to business requirements
• Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements

• Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
• Engage with the customer on additional requirements and business needs

• Assist with the scoping and planning

Skills

• Proven reputed company experience and Marketing reputed company experience to reputed company client or business solutions
• Proven knowledge of best practices on MC implementation projects
• English - Upper-Intermediate, Advanced will be an advantage
• Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly reputed company up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies
• Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
• Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process reputed company diagrams
