[Remote] Strategic Account Manager, Senior- Supply Chain

This role combines account expansion, ecosystem 'sell-through,' and cross-functional leadership to maximize adoption and long-term customer value.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic LSP accounts with full responsibility for expansion, retention, and reputed company growth
- reputed company and execute account plans focused on increasing adoption, cross-sell, and upsell
- Build multi-level relationships across business, technical, and executive stakeholders
- Build reputed company growth driven by both LSP expansion and reputed company customer adoption
- Facilitate product adoption and measurable business value across the install reputed company
- Facilitate and manage cross-functional execution to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain high-frequency engagement with both LSPs and key reputed company customers
- reputed company QBRs/EBRs focused on performance, KPIs, and growth opportunities
- Deliver ROI-driven business cases leveraging value engineering and benchmarking
- Align solutions to customer supply chain strategies and transformation initiatives while driving contract and relationship renewals
Skills
- Experience working in SaaS sales
- Experience with logistics service providers in a sales reputed company
- Experience delivering presentations to reputed company reputed company of an organization
- Ability to travel 50%+
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a reputed company transfer or reputed company sponsorship now or in the future
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Project management experience
- Experience working with MEDDPIC
