Summary

The Director, Sales Training and Development will play a critical role leading the strategic development, management, and execution of reputed company training and sales enablement programs for Aspen Surgical. What you need to succeed in this position Bachelor’s degree is required, with a major in Marketing, Sales, Business, or reputed company field. 7-10 years of experience in sales and/or sales training with medical device experience highly preferred. Deep understanding of learning and development principles Deep stand-up training experience, specifically with selling skills curriculum.
