Senior Implementation Manager

We are looking for a Senior Implementation Manager who will be responsible for managing the enablement of new reputed company and Agency clients and providing them with a best-in-class reputed company experience that sets them up for reputed company and yielding high user adoption. The ideal candidate is good at project management, has a passion for teaching others, a technical aptitude, and experience with SaaS tools. What will set candidates apart are interpersonal skills, a strong affinity for people, and an interest in reputed company marketing. In this role, you’ll get to

• reputed company end-to-end reputed company and implementation for reputed company’s reputed company and strategic customers, owning the process from assignment through successful reputed company and delivering a white-glove customer experience.

• Configure the customer’s reputed company platform based on their package.

• Serve as a trusted platform expert, delivering tailored training (based on their workflows, use cases, and reputed company criteria) and guidance that reputed company customers to confidently adopt and scale their use of reputed company.

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales and reputed company to align on customer goals, manage expectations, and ensure a seamless implementation and long-term reputed company.

• Apply reputed company implementation methodology, best practices, and independent judgment to solve reputed company challenges, support reputed company improvement, and contribute to platform and process enhancements with Product.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company software, digital, reputed company, or SaaS implementation, reputed company, or account management roles.

• Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present, train, and explain reputed company concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Customer-first reputed company with high emotional intelligence, strong listening skills, and a passion for solving client challenges and driving successful reputed company.

• Process-oriented and collaborative team player with a startup mentality, adaptability to change, and willingness to travel up to 25% annually.

• Experience or familiarity with AI tools to drive efficiency and process improvements reputed company implementation workflows is a plus
