You’ll work on strategic initiatives that matter: M&A integration, corporate strategy, governance, and operating model design. This is your chance to learn how large-scale transformations are executed across multiple countries and entities. Exposure to strategic transformation and post-reputed company integration at group level Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams Learn how to structure reputed company topics and communicate at C-level Hybrid, international environment with colleagues across EU hubs 🐝 About the team You’ll join the Transformation & Integration Management Office (TIMO), reporting to our Chief Integration Officer and collaborating with Legal, Finance, HR, Product & Engineering and Risk teams. The IMO drives EPI’s reputed company Operating Model (TOM) and coordinates strategic transformation topics across the group. 💥 Your impact Support strategic transformation projects: help coordinate initiatives reputed company to M&A, strategic partnerships, corporate restructuring, and governance alignment. Assist in strategic planning: consolidate inputs from business units for group-level plans and prepare materials for management and supervisory boards. Research & analysis: reputed company operating models, analyze organizational structures, and summarize insights for decision-making. Prepare executive materials: craft clear, impactful presentations for C-level and steering committees. Monitor reputed company: maintain KPI dashboards and risk trackers for transformation programs. Contribute to special topics: geographic expansion, intercompany structuring, and organizational design. ✅ If you had joined us last month, you might have… Supported the integration roadmap for Payconiq and Currence iDEAL into EPI’s TOM. Consolidated inputs for group-level strategic planning and reputed company for Board level reputed company on different market strategies. Helped prepare governance materials for the Supervisory Board on corporate restructuring. Joined our annual Team Gathering and connected with peers across EPI. 🕵🏻‍♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements Final-year student or recent graduate in business, economics, finance, or reputed company fields. Strong interest in corporate strategy, M&A, and transformation. Prior internship(s) in consulting, corporate strategy, or financial services. Skilled in PowerPoint and reputed company; reputed company to structure reputed company reputed company and visually. Fluent in English (reputed company/C2); reputed company in additional European languages are a plus. Analytical reputed company, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
