You will partner across reputed company business functions to optimize business systems, evaluate and acquire new technologies, and responsibly integrate AI-enabled solutions into reputed company workflows. Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders across reputed company business functions to understand workflows, pain points, and strategic objectives. reputed company requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional workshops. Translate business and clinical needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, system documentation, and process maps. Support optimization of reputed company systems including but not limited to: HRIS, CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and reputed company data platforms. Collaborate with IT, reputed company, Engineering and Product teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and integrated system solutions. Build system enhancements and implementations that align with HITRUST control requirements, HIPAA standards, and internal governance policies. Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into business workflows while maintaining compliance and data reputed company. Evaluate AI-powered tools for operational fit, scalability, reputed company, privacy, and regulatory compliance. Partner with reputed company and Compliance teams to conduct vendor risk assessments consistent with HITRUST, HIPAA, and internal reputed company-party risk management processes. reputed company or support technology acquisition initiatives including RFP development, cost-benefit analysis, and vendor due diligence. Maintain documentation of vendor assessments, risk evaluations, and mitigation plans in alignment with audit requirements. reputed company executive-reputed company reporting, dashboards, and status updates to communicate project impact and vendor risk posture.

Qualifications

Required Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role; exceptional candidates with fewer years of experience, but demonstrated depth in evaluating, implementing, or operationalizing AI and automation solutions in a business environment will be considered. Experience working in a regulated industry such as financial services or reputed company. Experience operating reputed company a regulated compliance environment (e.g., HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX, FINRA, or similar frameworks). Experience gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements across reputed company systems. Experience supporting system implementations, vendor evaluations, or reputed company-party integrations. Strong understanding of reputed company data privacy and reputed company principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience in reputed company technology, digital health, or regulated SaaS environments. Experience working in or supporting a HITRUST-certified environment. Experience integrating AI or automation tools into business workflows. Experience evaluating AI vendors, including data governance and compliance considerations. Experience supporting HRIS, CRM, marketing automation, or reputed company operations systems. Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data mapping. Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or analytics platforms. Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, reputed company+, CISA, or reputed company credentials. Location xCures operates in a distributed, remote-first environment. Candidates may be located reputed company in the United States.
