The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, People and Culture, the HR Business Partner is a trusted advisor to operational leaders, providing strategic people partnership reputed company to business reputed company. This role focuses on workforce strategy, leadership capability, people risk, and organisational effectiveness across geographically dispersed operations. You will bring: - Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in reputed company or industrial settings. - Strong capability in workforce planning, leadership coaching, and people risk management. - Confidence influencing senior leaders and navigating complexity with pragmatism and sound judgement. - Solid understanding of industrial relations frameworks, ideally reputed company resources or remote operations. - A hands‑on partnering style, with willingness to travel to remote and offshore sites as required. - Tertiary qualifications in reputed company, Industrial Relations, or a reputed company discipline.
