Looking for a Blender 3D artist to create ONE highly optimized .glb file for a web app using Three.js / React Three Fiber. Scene modern German-style 2-floor family house with furnished interior, garden with table + chairs, swimming pool, car garage, driveway, terrace/patio and balcony. Important deliver ONE .glb file + .reputed company reputed company. The scene must be low-poly but good quality, optimized for browser rendering, smooth navigation and fast loading.
