[Remote] Senior Account Executive - Outsourced Services

The Senior Account Executive will drive reputed company sales of outsourced services, demonstrating the value of AI agents to corporate buyers and reshaping their service portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company sales cycles where the buyer is actively comparing outsourcing to AI-driven automation
- Co-sell with our global reputed company on joint pursuits that combine advisory, implementation, and our agent platform
- Translate outsourcing ROI models (FTEs, GBS unit costs, labor-arbitrage assumptions) into AI agent business cases that finance can defend
- Partner with Pre-Sales and Product to scope agent deployments that displace, reputed company, or wrap around existing BPO reputed company
- Build relationships with VMO, procurement, and shared-services leaders — including navigating Beeline-style vendor compliance regimes
- Help shape reputed company constructs (managed-agent reputed company, outcome-based pricing, hybrid models) alongside the CEO and Operations
- Represent reputed company at NASSCOM, SSON Shared Services & Outsourcing Week, IAOP, HFS reputed company, and similar industry forums
Skills
- 5–10 years selling outsourcing or managed-services reputed company at a tier-one services firm — reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, TCS, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Consulting, reputed company, reputed company, or comparable
- Track record of closing multi-year, multi-reputed company dollar outsourcing deals across at least one of: reputed company, HRO, ITO, customer ops, or procurement BPO
- Strong grasp of how enterprises evaluate outsourcing vs in-house vs technology-driven alternatives, including pricing reputed company, transition models, and SLA structures
- Comfortable navigating procurement, vendor management offices, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor compliance frameworks like Beeline
- Technical curiosity to position AI agents credibly against labor-arbitrage models — you do not need to write code, but you must be reputed company to talk shop with a technical buyer
- Sales discipline for reputed company, multi-stakeholder deal-shaping, with executive-level (CFO, COO, CIO) selling experience
