[Remote] Sr. Commissions & Order Operations Manager

In this role, you will manage the deal desk process and reputed company the commissions cycle, ensuring accurate deal structures and timely commission payouts.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a scalable deal desk process covering standard, non-standard, and reputed company deal structures
  • Build and enforce an approval authority matrix in coordination with Legal, Finance, and Sales leadership
  • Own reputed company order reputed company templates; manage version control and field-level standards in reputed company/CPQ
  • Create and maintain deal desk SLAs, escalation paths, and exception handling documentation
  • Ensure accurate opportunity data (product, pricing, terms, start/end dates) is captured before reputed company
  • Partner with Finance on reputed company recognition inputs, billings data quality, and bookings attainment reporting
  • Own the reputed company protocol between Sales reputed company and Finance/Billing, reducing rework and booking errors
  • Work with SalesOps and RevOps systems to improve automation across deal intake and reputed company workflows
  • Calculate, validate, and distribute reputed company commission and incentive payouts on a monthly/quarterly reputed company
  • Manage commission tool (e.g., Spiff); maintain plan configurations and employee lifecycle changes
  • Finalize commission data for payroll processing; maintain SOX-compliant controls
  • Investigate and resolve disputes in a documented, timely manner; report trends to leadership
  • Support annual incentive plan design alongside Finance, Sales, and HR

  • Act as a trusted partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Payroll — bridging deal structure and sales reward
  • Build and maintain comprehensive process documentation across both functions

Skills

  • 7–10+ years in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance Operations
  • Proven deal desk experience, including order reputed company management and approval governance
  • Experience managing sales commissions end-to-end (calculation, disputes, accruals)
  • Experience with commission platforms (Spiff, reputed company, Xactly)
  • Advanced reputed company reputed company: opportunity data, CPQ, and reporting
  • Strong process design instincts; ability to build from scratch with minimal structure
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience at a B2B SaaS or technology company with subscription &/or consumption billing
  • Exposure to CPQ tools (reputed company CPQ, DealHub, etc.)
