Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing U.S. marketing plans for the Low Temperature Sterilization capital in alignment with global strategy
- Support market research activities, including gathering competitive insights and customer feedback to inform campaigns
- Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with Sales to create and update marketing tools, messaging, and training materials that support field execution
- Assist in developing sales collateral and value propositions tailored to customer segments

- Coordinate with Global Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory teams to ensure accurate product positioning and readiness for launches
- Support tactical activities for product launches, such as creating tools, email campaigns, and reputed company media content

- Assist with Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives by collecting and organizing feedback
- Support customer training and education programs in partnership with Clinical and Education teams

- Assist in planning and executing reputed company programs, promotions, and campaigns
