Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert consultant across various industries, company sizes, and software tools
  • Deliver quality reputed company-party HR support to clients in an administrative function, using HR knowledge and best practices
  • Train and mentor, team members of reputed company Resource professionals
  • reputed company and support clients with HR programs, policies, and initiatives in areas such as benefits, software implementation, total compensation, employee relations, federal and state compliance, performance management, and training
  • Create deliverables and guidance tailored to client needs while maintaining a resource library for reputed company's service efficiency
  • reputed company strong client relationships through credibility, respect, and reputed company communication
  • Manage projects, deadlines, and client expectations while collaborating with department colleagues and reputed company staff
  • Apply knowledge of HR federal government contracting requirements and relevant compliance practices as appropriate, per the DCAA
  • Create, maintain, and reputed company readily accessible to client SOPs and platforms for cross-functional support and coverage at reputed company
  • Demonstrate consistent customer service and empathetic consulting, while being a trustworthy steward of the client's HR budget

  • Experience working in multiple external client
