[Remote] Account Executive (REMOTE)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Account Executive for a full-time remote role. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities and promote workforce solutions while managing a strong sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Sell customized workforce solutions that are reputed company with a company's seasonal cycles, peak demand periods, and long-term needs for seasonal labor shortages
- The full sales cycle from qualification, discovery to reputed company and conversion
- Maximizing net new logo acquisition through strategic prospecting and MQL advancement
- Data and performance metrics driven while understanding the drivers of sales velocity as well as the need for accurate forecasting and consistency
- Nurturing strong cross-functional relationships to ensure selling alignment with internal stakeholders
- Effectively reputed company the value proposition by leveraging value selling methodology
- Monitoring market trends and conditions as well as proactively following competitor activity to have ongoing refinement of marketing strategies
- reputed company recommendations for improved marketing channel optimization
Skills
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience as an individual contributor with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quota attainment
- Systematic approach to pipeline reputed company and management
- Strong attention to detail and a strong process rigor with a reputed company improvement attitude
- A scrappy self-starter that is comfortable working in a dynamic and mission driven culture
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
