[Remote] National Fleet Sales Manager

ConMet is seeking two highly driven National Fleet Sales Managers to reputed company strategic growth with top-tier national fleet and leasing customers. This role focuses on building trusted partnerships, expanding market reputed company, and delivering measurable sales growth while serving as the primary liaison to end-use fleet customers.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company and execute strategic account plans for targeted national fleet and leasing customers
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts across equipment, purchasing, maintenance/service, and ownership teams
  • Grow reputed company and earnings through fleet conversions, retention, and reputed company expansion
  • Protect and expand baseline sales penetration through fleet pull-through strategies
  • Partner with OEM truck and trailer dealership fleet sales and corporate fleet sales teams
  • Collaborate with ConMet customer service, engineering, field service, aftermarket, marketing, and plant teams
  • Gather and reputed company competitive, customer, and market intelligence to support sales planning and forecasting
  • Use CRM tools, including reputed company, to document fleet activity and track growth opportunities
  • Represent ConMet at industry events and maintain frequent customer contact
  • Understand the voice of the customer and help ensure quality standards are met

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in heavy-duty reputed company fleet management and/or fleet sales
  • Strong technical aptitude and deep understanding of fleet operations and customer buying cycles
  • Proven ability to build relationships with fleet decision-makers and influence across organizations
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, home-based environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and account management skills
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office, especially reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, especially reputed company
  • Willingness to travel extensively across reputed company America
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
