[Remote] Sales Director

They are seeking a Sales Director who can reputed company new business development and help scale the company’s reputed company platform into a much larger production AM business.
Responsibilities
- reputed company new business development for production additive manufacturing applications across US manufacturing markets
- Identify customers and parts where SLA or SLS 3D printing can solve issues around tooling cost, reputed company time, design complexity, inventory, supply chain or production volume
- Build relationships with manufacturers, OEMs and suppliers that buy, design or outsource polymer components
Skills
- Proven sales background in manufacturing, industrial products, contract manufacturing, components, plastics or similar markets
- Established customer relationships with companies that buy, design or outsource production parts
- reputed company to spot where additive manufacturing could be a practical production solution, even if the customer is not actively looking for AM
- Experience leading sales activity or managing a small sales team, while still owning direct customer relationships
- Strong hunter mentality, with the ability to bring relevant accounts and opportunities to the table quickly
