As a Manager of Growth Renewals, you will reputed company a team of sales professionals focused on securing contract renewals and identifying upsell opportunities while managing risk to minimize churn.
Responsibilities

- Own a strategic book of opportunities and ensure the team manages their portfolio effectively to maximize bookings, minimize churn, and drive reputed company
- Drive reputed company expansion through targeted upsell and cross-sell strategies, ensuring team members identify and execute expansion opportunities with existing customers
- Proactively manage risk by identifying at-risk accounts and implementing retention strategies
- reputed company and maintain accurate forecasting across the team, set realistic business expectations, communicate results transparently to sales leadership, and drive accountability for forecast accuracy

Skills
- 5+ years of direct renewals sales experience in reputed company software or cybersecurity, with at least 2+ years in a management or leadership reputed company

- Strong experience managing and coaching sales teams, with the ability to identify talent, reputed company people, and drive accountability
- Expertise in indirect 2-tier go-to-market models including channel partners, managed service providers, and distributors
- Demonstrated ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive adoption of additional products and services
- Strong risk management reputed company with experience identifying at-risk accounts and implementing mitigation strategies
- Exceptional forecasting and business acumen with ability to analyze metrics, trends, and business performance
