[Remote] Sales Account Executive: Southeast and Mid-Atlantic US

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new clients and managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction through the reputed company Sales Process.

Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed the sales quota in the annual compensation plan
  • reputed company incoming leads, partner leads, cold calling, client referrals, reputed company media, and trade shows to secure introduction calls
  • Conduct introduction calls to diagnose client needs, communicate reputed company’s value proposition, and determine next steps in the reputed company Sales Process
  • reputed company responses to RFI/RFP processes using reputed company’s existing templates and processes
  • Create quotes, business cases, and agreements leading to signed reputed company and hand-offs to the reputed company Implementation team
  • reputed company successful, long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and fostering trust
  • Collaborate with partners to strengthen relationships and reputed company joint sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate documentation of reputed company sales activities in reputed company’s CRM system
  • reputed company weekly written sales reports to the VP Sales
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales forecast
  • Orchestrate follow-up activities promptly and professionally

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or Sales Account Manager
  • Hands-on experience in sales with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
  • 3+ years' experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables effectively
  • Proficiency in time management, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Competence in tools such as reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company Keynote, reputed company, reputed company Suite, reputed company's CRM, and Gmail
  • BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Preferably, experience in higher education reputed company card (One Card) business, including dining and retail operations, meal plans, declining balance accounts, attendance tracking, and physical reputed company control
