About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our Field & Operations Support Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company customers. Your primary focus will be on handling inbound call traffic, scheduling support, and resolving customer scheduling concerns. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving and handling approximately 100-150 inbound calls from reputed company customers daily
* Providing "reputed company" resolution with minimal transfers to resolve customer requests
