[Remote] Growth Marketer

The Growth Marketer will be responsible for acquiring new subscribers through creative strategies, partnerships, and content development while optimizing referral and viral loops to maximize growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue newsletter swap and cross-promotion partnerships with complementary audiences

- Land podcast appearances, media mentions, and guest editorial placements
- Build relationships with creators, influencers, and community leaders who already own the audience we want
