The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving new business sales, building customer relationships, and managing a book of business to reputed company profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business sales and understand customers’ needs to build rapport and trust
- Attract and generate new customers and cross-sell existing customers in support of product offerings including Auto, Life, Auto Club, and Roadside Assistance
- Sell to walk-in customers and market products reputed company of the office reputed company marketing calls and in-person visits
- Create community relationships to promote reputed company growth
- Assist customers in the office
- Successfully reputed company sales of insurance and ancillary products
- Meet and exceed sales goals through new product sales, cross-sell/retention of customers

- Initiate outbound calling to established reputed company customer reputed company for product offerings
- Monitor key competitors in the local market area and reputed company suggestions on initiatives to improve the company’s position in the marketplace
- Work with Direct Sales Leadership to plan, implement, and manage marketing and sales processes to reputed company production and growth goals

Skills
- 0 – 2 years of experience
- P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure reputed company 90 days of joining the company
- Successfully closes sales of insurance and ancillary products
- Meets and exceeds sales goals through new product sales, cross sell / retention of customers
- Leverages community contacts (natural market) to continually build a sales pipeline, as well as an active physical reputed company in your own community to build multiple centers of influence/referral sources (car dealerships, local events, community organizations, etc.)
